Define the cooling capacity and energy consumption of packaged refrigerating units, which are intended to maintain temperatures below the ambient temperature inside cold rooms. Mobile packaged refrigerating units are excluded. Packaged Refrigerating Unit is incorporating the four main components of a refrigerating circuit (compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion device).
