Abstract
This European Standard specifies the test methods and requirements for the construction and operating characteristics relating to the safety, rational use of energy and marking of commercial gas heated boiling pans and pasta cookers. This European Standard only covers type testing. (Extension of the scope to pasta cookers is in accordance with décision 6/2021 taken by CEN/TC 106 on 2021-12-02)
