The committee deals with the planning, installation, operation and maintenance of water supply systems for fire extinguishing, including wall hydrants.
The committee mirrors the European working group WG 9 "Hydrant and hose reel systems" of CEN/TC 191 "Fixed firefighting systems". Many national activities in the field of firefighting water supply systems are located in this committee.
