Abstract
This document specifies the following: a) the safety, hygiene and application requirements for ready-to-use beverage dispensing systems, component groups and components; b) their testing to demonstrate the compliance/conformity of ready-to-use beverage dispensing systems, component groups and components for beverage dispensing systems (hereinafter referred to as "test item") with the safety-related and hygienic requirements of the relevant rules and standards and their performance within the framework of the factory production control or by a testing laboratory recognized by the Certification Body for Beverage dispensing Systems; c) the marking of the ready-to-use beverage dispensing systems, component groups and components.
