DIN Standards Committee Iron and Steel

Overview

This standard applies to multi-purpose keys with inner square and flat ends which are used for operating fittings with drill pipe, remote controls according to DIN 87374 and DIN 87375 and lockable water drains according to DIN 87224 and which are used for opening and closing deck screw caps according to DIN 86111 of filling and sounding pipes. The shape, sizes, material, dimensions and masses are specified. The responsible committee for this standard is NA 132-02-05 AA "Rohre und Rohrverbindungen" ("Piping systems and connections") at DIN.
