Enterprise-control system integration - Part 3: Activity models of manufacturing operations management (IEC 62264-3:2016); English version EN 62264-3:2017
Integration von Unternehmensführungs- und Leitsystemen - Teil 3: Aktivitätsmodelle für das Betriebsmanagement (IEC 62264-3:2016); Englische Fassung EN 62264-3:2017
Overview
Part 3 develops a generic model for the activities - definition management (specification management) - resource management - detailed scheduling (detailed planning) - dispatching (order triggering) - execution management (execution monitoring) - data collection (data acquisition) - tracking (tracking) - analysis (analysis, inspections) within Level 3, which is applied to the four categories - production (production orders, production data collection, etcetera), quality (quality management, sample definition, analysis, approval, etcetera), maintenance (maintenance planning, maintenance data, etcetera) and inventory (inventory management, materials): production definition management, production resource management, etcetera. The aim of Part 3 is to achieve a consistent functional structuring of the activities within Level 3 and of the information to be exchanged between the functions - shown here as an example for the category of production management and in more detail for the activity of detailed production scheduling: the identified activities and information are to be understood as a purely functional, not as a system-related, structure (for example, as applications). With the introduction of the three new categories quality, maintenance and inventory, the interface between Level 3 and Level 4 defined in Part 1 is expanded accordingly. The responsible committee is DKE/K 931 "Systemaspekte" ("System aspects") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
