Overview
In addition to many editorial improvements, this new edition of the standard specifies the requirements for soymilk makers. Furthermore, the conditions had to be formulated for dynamic pressure cookers. Many comments have also been converted into normative text. Common European amendments from previous standards have been adopted largely unchanged. The responsible committee is DKE/UK 511.10 "Kleingeräte" ("Small appliances") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
