Overview
This International Standard is one of a series produced to facilitate the use of communication networks in industrial control systems. This standard specifies the installation profiles for communication profile family 8 (CC-Link) and states which requirements of IEC 61918:2013 are to be applied in full and where other requirements are to be added, to be modified or to be replaced, if any. The installation profiles are specified in the annexes and to be read in conjunction with IEC 61918:2013. The responsible committee is DKE/K 956 "Feldbus" ("Fieldbus") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
