Overview
This part of the standards series DIN EN 60893 serves as a technical report and includes tables of typical property values, which have not been examined and are not given in the Tables 5 of IEC 60893-3-2:2003/AMD1:2011, IEC 60893-3-3:2003/AMD1:2011, IEC 60893-3-4:2003/AMD1:2012, IEC 60893-3-5:2003/AMD1:2009, IEC 60893-3-6:2003/AMD1:2009, IEC 60893-3-7:2003/AMD1:2009. The purpose of these typical values is to provide general guiding values which shall not be used as specified values. The included tables give typical values for different types of industrial rigid laminated sheets for electrical purposes as described in the Supplements to Part 3 of IEC 60893. The responsible committee is DKE/K 181 "Feste elektrische Isolierstoffe" ("Requirements for electrical insulating materials") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
