Overview
The standard contains the German versions of EN 60317-51:2013, issued by the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization, CENELEC; it specifies the requirements for solderable polyurethane enamelled round copper wire of class 180 and supersedes the 2002 edition which has been technically revised. The responsible committee is DKE/K 413 "Wickeldrähte" ("Winding wires") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
