Overview

This standard specifies the electrical and related mechanical safety requirements for the design and construction of the electrical installation in battery powered industrial trucks (hereinafter referred to as trucks), with nominal voltages of the truck system up to 240 V. The responsible Committee is K 352 "Elektrische Ausrüstung von Flurförderzeugen" ("Electrical equipment of industrial trucks") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
