Overview
Due to the international corrigendum (IEC-Corrigendum of April 2010 to IEC 61547:2009), Corrigendum 1 to DIN EN 61547 (VDE 0875-15-2):2010-03 deletes the second sentence in Clause 5.7 (Surge voltage/-currents) "Low-level test requirements need not be tested.". It is recommended that the corresponding standard be provided with a reference to this corrigendum. The Committee responsible for Corrigendum 1 is K 521 "Leuchten, Lampen und Zubehör" ("Luminaires, lamps and related equipment") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
