Overview
This European Standard specifies the requirements and tests for cover plates and cover tapes used for the mechanical protection, identification and location warning of buried cables or buried conduits in underground installations. The responsible Subcommittee is UK 543.2 "Führungssysteme für Kabel und Leitungen" ("Cable management") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies).
