Abstract
This standard contains the minimum initialisation test and measurement requirements and severities which a fibre optic dynamic channel equaliser (DCE) shall satisfy in order to be categorised as meeting the requirements of dynamic channel equalizer devices used in controlled environments. The requirements cover single mode dynamic channel equalizers with pigtails for category C - Controlled environments.
