Abstract
This part of IEC 61076 establishes interface specifications, performance requirements and test programme for a high-speed four-lane and twelve-lane connector and retention system to be used on 8 and 24 signal pair shielded connections. This connector is suitable for high-speed interfaces such as InfiniBand, Fibre Channel et al. Connector retention is via latch or jack screws.
