Abstract
This preliminary standard applies to wheel-type earthing devices used when bare, unlocked and earthed conductors are being laid in networks with a nominal voltage greater than 45 kV. It must also be taken into account for the voltage range above 1 kV if these lines are located in the area of influence of lines greater than 45 kV or use a common global earthing system.
