Abstract
Specifies the test to be performed to verify the behavior of the line differential protection under abnormal conditions of the communication system if network as SDH and MPLS are used. This document completes the IEC 60255-187-3 that specify the minimum requirements for functional and performance evaluation of line current differential protection function aided by data communication typically used in line applications of three-phase power systems.
