Abstract
This document applies to battery powered chain saws for tree service, hereinafter referred to as chain saws, having a maximum mass of 5,0 kg with the heaviest battery as described in K.8.14.2 e) 2) of Part 1 installed but without a guide bar or saw chain fitted and with the lubrication tank, if any, empty. This document modifies by common modifications prEN IEC 62841-4-9:2023, which consists of the text of 116/673/CDV (future IEC 62841-4-9, Ed. 1).
