Abstract
This document specifies the quality for technical grade alternatives to SF6 for use in electric power equipment. Detection techniques, covering in-situ portable instrumentation, applicable to the analysis of alternatives to SF6 prior to the introduction of these gases into the electric power equipment are also described in this document.
