Amendment 2 of IEC 61918 Provides a consistent set of installation rules for both the generic cabling (of the telecommunication infrastructures) and the fieldbuses in industrial premises. Provides a common point of reference for the installation of the media of most used industrial communication networks for most industrial sites.
