Abstract
Metallic waveguides are used for high-frequency signal transmission. This standard has been used for years in the English IEC original and this is the German implementation. The standard covers precision tubing and associated precision connectors specifically 21 mm precision tubing and associated hermaphrodite connector - characteristic impedance 50 ohms (type 9/21) characteristic impedance 75 ohms (type 6/21).
