Abstract
This document defines the requirements to facilitate the information exchange between IEC 61850 data model and HMI applications within power utility automation systems at the operation, station and field levels (e.g. substation HMI applications, control center applications (potentially CIM based), DER management systems, configuration and testing tools, etc.).
