Cleanroom Technology
The Heating and Cleanroom Technology Standards Committee (NHRS) among others drafts standards that regulate cross-industry requirements for clean rooms and adjacent controlled areas. The standards specify the classification, measurement and prevention of particulate and chemical contamination in the micro and nano range and microorganisms in the air and on surfaces.
