Dieses Dokument wurde vom Technischen Komitee CEN/TC252"Artikel für Säuglinge und Kleinkinder" erarbeitet, dessen Sekretariat von AFNOR(Frankreich)gehalten wird. Das zuständige nationale Normungsgremium ist der Arbeitsausschuss NA095-05-03AA "Artikel für Säuglinge und Kleinkinder -Sitzen, Pflegen, Schützen, Liegen und Transportieren" im DIN-Normenausschuss Sicherheitstechnische Grundsätze (NASG).
